01a. Microfilaria: <5.6µm wide, anterior NOT tapering, cephalic hook present, some with tails in the shape of a button-hook.
Microfilaria: without cephalic hook and with straight tail.
01b. Microfilaria: 6.0 to 7.0µm wide, anterior tapers, NO cephalic hook present, tails NOT shaped like a button-hook.
